PVC Agri & Casing Pipe Machine is an industrial machine used for manufacturing PVC agricultural pipes and casing pipes.

1. PVC Agricultural Pipes:

   • These pipes are used in irrigation systems, water distribution, and drainage applications in farming.
   • They are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and durable, making them ideal for agricultural use.

2. PVC Casing Pipes:

   • These are used for borewell and tube well applications to protect the inner water pipe from soil pressure.
   • They are designed to withstand high pressure and harsh underground conditions.

• Raw Material Feeding: PVC resin, additives, and stabilizers are fed into the machine.
• Extrusion: The material passes through a heated extruder, forming a molten PVC mixture.
• Pipe Formation: The molten PVC is shaped into pipes using molds.
• Cooling & Sizing: Pipes are cooled in a water tank and cut to the required length.
• Printing & Stacking: Pipes are marked with specifications and stacked for dispatch.
