PVC pelletizing machine is an industrial device used to process polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material into small, uniformly shaped pellets or granules. These pellets serve as raw material for manufacturing various plastic products, such as pipes, fittings, cables, and plastic sheets.

1. Extruder:

   • The core component where raw PVC material is melted and homogenized.
   • Uses a rotating screw and controlled heat to push the molten material through a die.

2. Die Head:

   • Shapes the molten PVC into continuous strands or filaments.

3. Cooling System:

   • The extruded PVC strands are cooled using either water or air.

4. Pelletizer (Cutting Unit):

   • Cuts the cooled strands into small, uniform pellets.
   • Types:
     • Strand Pelletizer: Cuts strands into cylindrical pellets.
     • Hot-face Pelletizer: Cuts the material directly at the die face, producing spherical or irregularly shaped pellets.

5. Classifier or Sieve:

   • Sorts the pellets by size and removes any oversized or undersized pieces.

6. Conveyor and Storage:

   • Transports the pellets to collection bins or packaging units.

• Single-Screw Extruder Pelletizer: Suitable for simple PVC formulations.
• Twin-Screw Extruder Pelletizer: Ideal for compounding with additives, offering better mixing and dispersion.
